By accessing or using MopStack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
MopStack is a SaaS platform that provides AI-assisted network change documentation tools for network engineers. The Service includes the MOP Generator and other tools as they become available.
MopStack offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
New users receive one free MOP generation upon signup. No credit card is required for the free MOP. After the free MOP is used, a paid subscription is required to continue generating MOPs.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to generate documentation for malicious, illegal, or harmful network changes.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for any network changes you implement using documentation generated by the Service.
MopStack retains ownership of the Service, including its software, design, and AI models. Documents generated using the Service are owned by the user who generated them.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MopStack does not warrant that generated documents are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular network environment. Always review and validate generated documentation before implementation.
MopStack shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of generated documentation, including but not limited to network outages, data loss, or business interruption. Use of generated MOPs is entirely at your own risk.
We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. Form inputs used to generate MOPs are sent to the Claude API (Anthropic) for processing and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
